Retail

All sales are final. We currently do not offer returns or refunds on any of our retail items due to Covid-19 concerns.

Classes

Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance with refund of purchase. Once we are within the 12 hour time frame, any in person reservations that are not attended will be forfeited for class pass holders and members with unlimited packages will be charged $10.

Appointments

Appointments can be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance with refund of purchase. Once we are within the 12 hour time frame, a cancellation is subject to extra fees or a loss of the appointment according to the vendors policy.
