  • Experience the balance of body, breath, and mind in this intentional practice that weaves together three of Patanjali's eight limbs of yoga — asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. This class begins with mindful movement to awaken and strengthen the body, transitions into grounding breath practices, and closes with guided meditation to restore calm and clarity. A beautiful blend of active recovery and inner stillness, Move & Meditate leaves you feeling centered, renewed, and deeply connected.

  • The Viniyoga method of yoga is based on the deep relationship between breath and movement, experiencing yoga from the inside out and providing a sound approach to practicing āsana (yoga postures). The deep slow rhythmic breath that you will master naturally creates a calm and focused mind and reduces stress on a physiologic level. The Viniyoga teacher incorporates safe and effective sequencing, and adaptation of poses to suit individual needs. Viniyoga classes may at times include seated breath awareness (pranayama), meditation and other yogic techniques. Flow: Synchronize movement to the rhythm of the breath, entering a state of flow in a dance-like practice of moving from one āsana to the next.

  • A therapeutic recovery class using myofascial release balls and other props to increase body awareness and release tension. Great for athletes or anyone looking to restore mobility, ease tight muscles, and feel more aligned in their body.

  • This class gives an opportunity to release physical & mental stress in the comfort of supported yoga postures. A wide range of yoga props as well as breath & relaxation guidance are used to contribute to a deep state of rest. Poses are held a little longer with the intent of not stretching the body, but to evoking a recalibration of the nervous system from patterns of stress to an experience of healing & integration. This practice is beneficial to everyone, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, tension & pain & support the body’s immunity, digestion, sleep & healing.
