Question 1

Do I need yoga experience to come to Home Yoga Studio?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Many of our members started with zero experience. Our classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are, and our instructors provide modifications so everyone can participate comfortably. All you need is a willingness to show up.

Question 2

What should I expect at my first visit?

Accepted Answer

You'll be greeted by our team, shown around the studio, and introduced to your instructor. We'll talk about your goals and any limitations, then you'll join a class. There's no pressure, just a welcoming introduction to what practice feels like here.

Question 3

What should I wear and bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in, like leggings, shorts, or athletic wear. We provide mats and props, but you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. A water bottle is always a good idea.

Question 4

Is yoga a good workout for getting in shape or losing weight?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga classes build real strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Combined with restorative practices for recovery and stress reduction, yoga is a complete approach to physical and mental fitness.

Question 6

Where are you located and is there parking?

Accepted Answer

We're located at 28475 Old Town Front Street, Suite B, in the heart of Old Town Temecula. There's convenient street parking and public lots nearby, so finding a spot is easy.

Question 7

Can I just drop in for a single class?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Drop-in sessions are available for $30 per class. However, we encourage new students to start with our intro session so we can learn about your goals and set you up for the best experience. Our memberships are also designed to give you much better value if you plan to practice regularly.
