Ready to try yoga? This Introduction to Yoga course is a perfect place to begin.
Learn and explore fundamental yoga poses and breath awareness with an emphasis on alignment for safety in this Introduction to Yoga series. This 4 week course is designed for the absolute beginner and will provide you with a strong foundation to build a practice that can truly benefit your life.

Leave with the tools to feel confident and prepared to take our on-going classes.

Also a fantastic refresher for current and former students.
