This class is a mashup of Iyengar alignment and Ashtanga vinyasa. Your instructor will provide clear instruction allowing you to explore your potential through a combination of static poses, vinyasa flows and breath work.

Gentle Yoga & Meditation
Relax, recharge and balance your body, mind and spirit. Beginning with gentle movement, you will juice up your joints and release muscular tension, then explore and practice meditation techniques, which can aid in calming the nervous system. This class is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, stress-free and more connected. Students of every level will benefit, including those suffering from chronic pain, illness or injury. No yoga experience is necessary.

This is a mixed level class, suitable for all levels. In this class students coordinate breath and movement to flow from one pose to the next. This class will build heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. The sequencing is often built around the Sun Salutations. The use of essential oils and meditation decks will be included to deepen ones self to the practice and to help cleanse and clear the mind.

Yoga Nidra is the simplest of guided meditations. Your instructor takes you to a deep state of relaxation while you lie on your back in savansana. Your only requirement is to listen to the instructors voice and surrender to non-doing. Through the guided meditation, both your mind and your body experience a profound sense restoration and peace.
The results from just one nidra practice includes a new sense of deep restoration, clarity, peacefulness, spiritual connection. You'll be able to sleep better, have a sharper mind and clearer intuition. When practiced regularly, Nidra will have profound effects including releasing stress, easing anxiety, restoring profound peace and wellbeing, helping neutralize negative patterns and helping to ease physical disease and PTSD.

Restorative yoga is an opportunity to release physical & mental stress in the comfort of supported yoga postures. A wide range of yoga props as well as breath & relaxation guidance are used to contribute to a deep state of rest. Poses are held a little longer with the intent of not stretching the body, but to evoking a recalibration of the nervous system from patterns of stress to an experience of healing & integration. This practice is beneficial to everyone, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, tension & pain & support the body’s immunity, digestion, sleep & healing.
Viniyoga Flow/ All levels
The Viniyoga method of yoga is based on the deep relationship between breath and movement, experiencing yoga from the inside out and providing a sound approach to practicing āsana (yoga postures). The deep slow rhythmic breath that you will master naturally creates a calm and focused mind and reduces stress on a physiologic level. The Viniyoga teacher incorporates safe and effective sequencing, and adaptation of poses to suit individual needs. Viniyoga classes may at times include seated breath awareness (pranayama), meditation and other yogic techniques. Flow: Synchronize movement to the rhythm of the breath, entering a state of flow in a dance-like practice of moving from one āsana to the next.

Connected Warriors* is a National Organization that provides free yoga for military veterans, active duty, service members and their families. It has been proven that yoga benefits the physical, mental and emotional levels in the body, encouraging self-acceptance and mindfulness. This mixed level class includes asana(poses), meditation, and pranayama (breathing) while emphasizing the mind body connection.
Experience the nurturing energies of an evening Moon Salutation practice followed by a few restorative poses, combined with essential oils and wisdom poetry to soothe your body and spirit.
Happy Hour Yoga ($10 Drop In)
All levels 1 hour yoga flow that is designed to finish off your work week on a strong note. In this class you will align body with breath through the asana practice. This class is only $10 for drop ins and is ALWAYS a perfect way to end your work week. Be prepared to break a little sweat.
Suitable for all levels and those New to yoga, to learn or deepen the foundations of the yoga practice. This class will break down the practice from pose, to breath, to meditation through yoga philosophy to help students understand the different aspects of yoga and the asana. This class will give you the tools and confidence to attend other group yoga classes.
